PGA TOUR Studios

This project consists of a multi-story building exceeding 150,000 square feet, housing critical data rooms with auxiliary backup systems. The facility is designed to accommodate over 100 employees and includes production studios and green rooms for multimedia marketing and broadcast events hosted by the PGA.

The project includes critical mechanical systems where uninterrupted operation is essential. Sound acoustics were carefully integrated into the walls and mechanical systems to prevent noise transmission and ensure optimal performance for broadcast environments.

Peachtree Mechanical was selected based on its proven ability to deliver projects under budget and ahead of schedule. The team was chosen following a detailed evaluation of past performance, manpower availability, design-assist capabilities, BIM experience, and overall ability to meet strict budget constraints. Through value engineering (VE) reviews and strategic coordination, the project was successfully brought in under budget.

The mechanical scope includes energy-efficient magnetic bearing chillers, computer room units, DX auxiliary backup systems for redundancy, and air handling units with advanced humidity control systems.

The plumbing systems feature high-efficiency fixtures designed for energy savings, along with comprehensive storm drainage and waste systems.
