NEW CHILLER PLANT INSTALLATION

Peachtree Mechanical Inc. was contracted under a firm fixed price to performand design a new central chiller plant and powerhouse. This project consisted offurnishing and installing three new 1600-ton chillers, associated pumps, coolingtowers, DDC controls, 4 roof top units, 25 Facility Air Handlers, backup generator systems. This projectalso included underground chilled and condenser water piping utilities for thenew expansion loop that serviced the main prison. The expansion loop spannedover 2.5 miles of underground chilled water piping and utilities.
