PeachtreeMechanical Inc. proudly served as the electrical contractor for Florida StateUniversity’s new, cutting-edge Operations Facility. Our team delivered acomplete, code-compliant electrical package to support the full range ofoperational, training, and administrative functions housed within the newbuilding.

Complete Electrical Distribution

Installed allprimary and secondary electrical infrastructure, including new serviceentrance, main distribution panels, panelboards, and branch circuitingthroughout the facility. Systems were designed for performance, safety, andfuture expansion.

Interior & ExteriorLighting Systems

Furnished andinstalled high-efficiency LED lighting with smart controls, motion sensors, anddaylight harvesting. Site lighting and exterior wall packs were integrated toenhance perimeter safety and visibility.

Hydrotherapy & Specialized Equipment Power

Provideddedicated electrical connections and GFCI protection for the Hydrotherapy area,designed to support FSU’s hands-on training operations with moisture-resistantand corrosion-resistant wiring methods.

Training & Simulation Rooms

Outfittedtraining spaces with robust power systems to support AV equipment, simulationtools, and flexible room configurations. Electrical pathways were coordinatedfor seamless integration of low-voltage and control systems.

Extensive Locker Rooms

Installedcomplete lighting and power systems in large-scale locker rooms, includingindividual locker power provisions, ventilation connections, and customlighting zones for enhanced usability, safety, and comfort.

Technology & Communications Pathways

Providedcomplete rough-in and conduit routing for voice/data, access control, andbuilding automation systems, ensuring connectivity and security throughout thefacility.
