Peachtree Mechanical Inc. proudly served as the electrical contractor for Florida State University’s new, cutting-edge Operations Facility. Our team delivered a complete, code-compliant electrical package to support the full range of operational, training, and administrative functions housed within the new building.
Complete Electrical Distribution
Installed all primary and secondary electrical infrastructure, including new service entrance, main distribution panels, panelboards, and branch circuiting throughout the facility. Systems were designed for performance, safety, and future expansion.
Interior & Exterior Lighting Systems
Furnished and installed high-efficiency LED lighting with smart controls, motion sensors, and daylight harvesting. Site lighting and exterior wall packs were integrated to enhance perimeter safety and visibility.
Hydrotherapy & Specialized Equipment Power
Provided dedicated electrical connections and GFCI protection for the hydrotherapy area, designed to support FSU’s hands-on training operations with moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant wiring methods.
Training & Simulation Rooms
Outfitted training spaces with robust power systems to support AV equipment, simulation tools, and flexible room configurations. Electrical pathways were coordinated for seamless integration of low-voltage and control systems.
Extensive Locker Rooms
Installed complete lighting and power systems in large-scale locker rooms, including individual locker power provisions, ventilation connections, and custom lighting zones for enhanced usability, safety, and comfort.
Technology & Communications Pathways
Provided complete rough-in and conduit routing for voice/data, access control, and building automation systems, ensuring connectivity and security throughout the facility.
