Peachtree Mechanical Inc. proudly contributed to the renovation and modernization of Florida State University’s Doak Campbell

Stadium, providing comprehensive mechanical and plumbing systemupgrades across multiple concourse and suite levels. Our scope spanned bothpublic and premium spaces, helping to enhance fan comfort, operationalefficiency, and overall facility performance.

Level 1: Main Concourse – Field Club, Concessions, and Restrooms

Installed full plumbingsystems for high-userestrooms and concession areas, including domesticwater, sanitary, and grease waste lines. Mechanical ventilation andHVAC systems were integrated into the Field Club, ensuring climate control andventilation for premium spaces.

Level 2: Founders Level – Founders Suites, Lounges, and Legacy Loge Boxes

Provided mechanical and plumbing systemsto serve privatesuites and hospitality lounges. HVAC systemswere selected for quietoperation and energy efficiency, while plumbing layouts were carefullycoordinated to preserve ceiling space and architectural design.

Level3: Public Concourse – Restrooms and Concessions

Upgraded mechanical and plumbing systems supporting public restroomsand food service areas. Systems were designed for high demand and reliability,ensuring service continuity during peak stadium events.

South End Zone Level 4: Champion’s Club and Loge Boxes

Delivered specialized HVAC and plumbing solutions to support theluxury Champion’s Club and associated loge boxes. Systems includedhigh-efficiency heating and cooling units, exhaust ventilation, and discreetplumbing installations to preserve upscale interior finishes.

South End Zone Level 6: Loge Boxes

Installed mechanical and plumbing systems tailored to elevated logebox suites, offering reliable climate control and water service to complementthe high-end fan experience.
