FCI ESTILL HVAC REPLACEMENT

Peachtree Mechanical Inc. was contracted under a firm fixed price to performand design a new central chiller plant and powerhouse. This project consisted offurnishing and installing 2 new 500-ton chillers, associated pumps, coolingtowers, DDC controls, 2 gas fired boilers, High Mast Light Pools, roof repairs,walk in freezer renovation , walk in cooler renovation, new walk in freezer onnew concrete insulated pad, new transformer and electrical upgrades, roll updoors, and building repairs. Peachtree Mechanical had extensive coordinationfor the installation of the new equipment to not disturb the operation of theprison which encompassed over 10 buildings that would be affected.
