CDC CAMPUS LABORATORY AUTOCLAVE REPLACEMENT

Peachtree Mechanical Inc. was contracted to complete the replacement of BSL-4 and BSL-3 autoclaves, including exhaust manifold systems and associated plumbing systems in Building 18 at the Roybal Campus.

The project involved replacing over 50 autoclaves during the COVID-19 pandemic, including upgrades to high-pressure steam systems, exhaust manifold systems, plumbing waste systems, and effluent decontamination systems.

Our team worked extensively under evolving safety protocols, adapting to rapidly changing guidelines as health authorities, including the CDC, responded to COVID-19. Despite these challenging conditions, the project was successfully completed while maintaining strict compliance with all safety and operational requirements.

Peachtree Mechanical received recognition through formal communications and commendations from officials, scientists, and government personnel for our commitment and performance during this critical time.
