Project: Arts & Humanities Building Chilled Water & Boiler Replacement Description: Peachtree Mechanical Inc. expanded the chilled water distribution system from the Central Plant to the Arts Building. This was done so we could remove two old 500 ton chillers located in the Arts Building that were no longer in service. This allowed room for our crews to install two 100 HP steam boilers, pumps, controls, thermal insulation and chemical treatment to increase the buildings heating efficiency. Tight time constraints and scheduling were key for the success of this project.
