Atlanta Housing Authority
Project: Renovation of AC Units - Hightower Manor Apartments, 7 Story Description: Peachtree Mechanical Inc furnished and installed 137 upright fan coil units and 4 roof top units for the Atlanta Housing Authority. This project consisted of the demolition of sheet rock, trim and fan coil units in the seven story apartment building, which was followed by the installation of the new fan coil units, sheet rock and trim. One 7 1/2 ton roof top unit and three 4 ton roof top units were installed to distribute outside air throughout the building corridors. The installation was coordinated and phased with a tenant occupied building.
