Peachtree Mechanical, Inc. was formed August 13, 1984 by Charlene and Dickie Denney operating as a mechanical contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Peachtree Mechanical, Inc. has evolved into a full service Design Build/ General construction company. Our firm specializes in new construction and renovation work, with the emphasis in major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modernizations.

The company was incorporated in the state of Georgia in 1986. Peachtree Mechanical is a family owned business enterprise state licensed General Contractor owned and operated by Charlene Denney and sons Richard and Preston Denney. The company has grown into a major general contractor fulfilling federal and state contracts throughout the Southeastern United States.

On January 30, 2001 Peachtree became certified as a participant in the US Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. On this date, we were also certified as a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) in the Federal Government's SDB program. On January 30, 2010, Peachtree Mechanical Inc. Graduated from SBA’s 8(a) program receiving recognition as one of the most successful businesses to come through the program to date. With the help from the government and SBA, Peachtree Mechanical, Inc. has grown into a leading general contracting firm.
